This is an easy process to start a business with you. We will complete your onboarding process electronically via a web form where we ask you a series of questions to gather information and your requirements. Once we have your required information, we’ll schedule a Zoom meeting to ensure we have access to your accounting software or your existing accounting work which we will use to proceed further. From there, your dedicated accounting team will get started working on your books.

It would be a 24x7 service, It means you would have someone available with you all time. Each team has a dedicated contact person for each individual client. We text, call, chat, and Zoom. You can always get your team on the phone to ask questions or share screens to better understand what’s going on with your accounting, We use reliable screen sharing tool which helps client to see what all work we are doing on a real time basis.
Process we follow
Each month we close the books and send you a set of reports so you can review it. Our guarantee is that we’ll have your books closed and your financials in your inbox no later than the 15th of each month. We can gain access to your bank/credit accounts for statements or you can upload those monthly. We can set up a dedicated email address for all of your accounting communications including AR/AP. We can input all this info into your accounting application as well and with all this we 'll share reports like, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, General Ledger, Pending Payments to receive and Bills which are due to pay. We can process reports as per your requirement too.
